How do you look like when I close my eyes?
This question was the starting point of my project.
I see my work as a conversation between me and one specific forest.
The project deals with the questions of time and nature, controle and human intervention.
Some of the pieces were left in a certain forest for different periods of time – but all within one year.
Starting with almost identical sizes and fabric qualities, through time they became a witnessing visualisation of the change with and in nature.
The independet and now visual process of change started with the pieces being buried in soil, drowned in water, and tied on trees (…) and ended with my decision and the following action of getting them back.
